The features of life are disappearing and the tragedy is increasing day by day, on World Refugee Day

The features of life are disappearing, and the tragedy is increasing day by day. On other days, we are not so concerned about the world, which seems to be unaware of the difficulties and distresses that people face when they flee their homes, because it seems so distant from us. Today, on World Refugee Day, let us pay tribute to all those who have been forced to flee their homes due to war or other reasons.

There are more than 65 million refugees in the world, more than half of whom are under the age of 18. More than 3 million children have fled their homes and seek safety in other countries. On this World Refugee Day let us draw attention to those who continue to be refugees and are being forced to leave their homes in fear of their lives.

The world is facing a refugee catastrophe that is increasingly seen as not just a problem of the rich, but one of everyone’s responsibility. At the same time, it is underappreciated that those who leave their homeland or are displaced within it are highly skilled and educated people who can contribute significantly to their host societies.
