For the children born in the camps for displaced people in Syria, they have seen no other life.
They know that “home” is an old tent, that their parents speak of a better place, and they know war.
Pain and suffering, terror and hardship, sadness and hunger—these are the things these children know.
But they dream of becoming teachers or journalists, and they deserve an education. World Education Day was January 24th.
We ask that these children be remembered, and be given their rights to a better future, through education.
