Iran has killed school children, many of them much younger than myself, and beautiful young girls and boys.
The children of Iran are my friends. The young people who died in these protests were like me, and many were even younger than myself. They would play like me and run around the house like all children. I saw them as brothers and sisters; playing, crying, laughing, and flirting with each other. But, now they are dead. Their lives have been snuffed out by a terrible regime that wishes to see them live in a world where people like us cannot speak our minds or protest against horrific laws against human rights on a daily basis.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this-the Iranian regime has been mercilessly killing children. The young and the innocent, who have committed no crime but only dared to protest for freedom for themselves, for their families and for their countrymen.
Iran is killing schoolchildren in cold blood. Arrests and detention, terrible conditions, physical and mental abuse are everywhere.
