Syrian Children Remember Their Homes

Despite the countless years of war and tragedies they have lived through, their dreams are still the simple wishes of children.

On, listen to the dreams and aspirations of Syrian children.

The Syrian children living in tent camps are asked about their homes.

Most remember what they have lost. And they know they left everything behind to stay alive.

They miss the beauty, the nature, the colors, and the safety.

They miss the warmth of being in a home that does not leak rain, as their tents do.

They know who is dropping bombs on their homes and villages.

They know who is killing their relatives and friends.

And they miss having normal lives, as “home” now is a leaky tent in a dirt field.
